Lead the launch from Scratch of an online product for selling Luxury Outlet goods by creating a roadmap, CJM, working with in-house dev team via JIRA solution, launched an MLP in 4 mth and took 1st place among companies in the market. Create a process by Miro for cross-team interaction between developments, analytics, and testing using Agile principles, which reduced the number of delays and reduced the number of bugs in production by 20%.
Optimized the product line by creating and implementing a new Product Strategy, which made it easier for customers to choose a product by 1,5 times (Survey results) and increased the company's revenue by 15% Y2Y.
